New Panasas storage testbed installed

A new 30 TB high performance storage system has been deployed at CLUMEQ Montreal. It is connected to a new 20 node Dell system (160 cores), and is intended for testing I/O throughput.

Krylov upgraded to 300 cores

On April 30, 2009, the upgrade of Krylov was completed. 27 dual socket/quad coe nodes were added, to bring the total core count to 300. All nodes are connected via SRD InfiniBand, and are available for general use.

A 16TB storage array has also been added.
